We voice chat, zoom or hop on a call so we can get comfortable with each other. You can share your vision, energy, and any worries or hopes you have. My work begins with connection, and this moment sets the tone for the entire experience.

Once we know we are a great fit, I craft your personalized session plan.

This may include:

Nothing is one-size-fits-all. Everything is thoughtfully tailored.

5. Locking In Your Date

To officially reserve your session, you complete a simple contract and pay a 25% non-refundable retainer. This secures your date and keeps the rest of the process smooth and stress free.

6. Your Session, A Slow and Safe Unfolding

The session begins gently. We ease in through conversation, music, grounding, and natural direction. You never have to force anything. I guide when needed, and step back when the moment speaks for itself.

7. Premier Session, If You Choose It

The Premier Session is a dedicated appointment where you experience your images for the very first time.

During this guided reveal, we sit together and:

• view your gallery in a curated, emotional way

• explore your product collections

• design your gallery walls

• create custom album layouts

• build pieces that will live in your home, not just your phone

It is intentional, personal, and designed to help you choose heirlooms that feel meaningful and true to your story.

8. Wall Gallery Soft Launch and Album Design

After the reveal, I offer complete the design services.

Wall Galleries

I mock up your chosen images directly onto photos of your home so you can visualize layouts and sizes. You get a soft launch preview to finalize your design before ordering. Sometimes these can be completely finalized during your premier session!

Albums

I design handcrafted, narrative-focused albums that highlight emotion, movement, and storytelling. You choose your favorites and I build the layout with intention and flow.

9. Hand Editing with Purpose

Each image is hand edited individually to reflect the mood, color, and emotion of your session. 

10. Gallery Delivery That Feels Like Opening a Memory

Your final gallery arrives in a beautiful online space where you can download, print, and share your images. It feels like opening a memory, not just receiving files.
